Kolsch - (ale) Originally only brewed in Cologne (Koln), Germany. Light to medium in body with a very pale color, hop bitterness is medium to slightly assertive. Fairly dry finish with some lingering hops on the tongue. Examples: Goose Island Summertime, Schlafly Kolsch, Reisdorf Kolsch.
