Cider - Not actually a beer, but an alcoholic beverage. Typically made from fermented apples, apple juice, or apple cider (sometimes made with pears, but technically that's called 'Perry'). Usually very sweet and tart with a lingering sweetness. No hops here ... just apples. Examples: Strongbow, Woodchuck, Magner's.
